Exchange and return

You can return or exchange goods of good quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of Ukraine.

A refund is possible under the following conditions:
  • the goods have not been used and are in good condition;
  • original packaging and accessories (cables, manuals, accessories) are preserved;
  • documents confirming the purchase (receipt, invoice, warranty card).
They are not subject to return and exchange:
  •  individually manufactured or customized products;
  • goods with signs of use or damage;
  • Consumables and products falling within the list of the CMU Resolution No. 172 of March 19, 1994.
Return procedure
  1. Please contact the support team by email or phone listed below.
  2. Provide the order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
  3. Agree on the method of sending the goods to our warehouse.

Shipping costs for returns:

  • if the goods are of inadequate quality, the seller pays for the delivery;
  • if the product is of high quality, but the buyer wants to return or exchange it, the buyer pays for the delivery.
Exchange of goods

Exchange is possible:

  • for a similar product (in the event of a defect);
  • to another model with a cost recalculation;
  • in the absence of the desired model, a refund is possible.

Exchange period - up to 14 calendar days from the moment of application.

Refunds

The funds are returned to the buyer's bank card within 7-10 business days from the date of receipt and inspection of the goods in the warehouse.
